Specify custom metal medals for your event

Plan the medal, ribbon and quantities together, using your event arrival date as part of the brief.

Medal artwork and dimensions

Provide the front and reverse designs and the finished width and height or diameter. Mark raised detail, colour-filled areas, lettering and any date or event name. State the preferred thickness and finish reference, then ask us to review fine details at the actual medal size.

Ribbon and medal attachment

Specify ribbon width and finished length, colour and whether it needs a printed event name or logo. Include artwork for the ribbon separately from the medal design. Ask us to confirm the attachment and whether ribbons are supplied assembled with the medals or packed separately.

Variants, packaging and arrival

List quantities for each design, finish or award category. If you need different first-, second- and third-place designs, show the split clearly. Include individual packing requirements, destination postcode and the date the goods must arrive before your event.

Approve the medal and ribbon as one specification

Check the sample for dimensions, readable event text, front and reverse details, surface finish, ribbon artwork and attachment. Confirm packing and quantity per variant before production. A production schedule and shipping transit time are separate; an event date should be stated as the required arrival date.

How should I request different medal quantities?

Send a separate line for each design or finish. For example, 50 pieces of one design and 50 of another means 100 medals total. Ask for unit pricing and any sample, setup, ribbon or shipping charges to be identified in the quotation so you can compare the same requirements.
