Size, shape and logo detail

Give the finished width and height in millimetres or centimetres. Include the outline, thread colours, background colour and small text. We review fine details at the actual patch size before artwork approval.

Backing and garment use

Tell us whether you need a sew-on patch, an iron-on option or removable hook-and-loop backing. Include the garment or bag material and intended use so the attachment can be confirmed with your quotation. For hook-and-loop, specify whether the matching loop piece is also required.

Border, quantity and delivery

Share the preferred edge finish or ask us to review it against your outline. List quantity per design, size and colour variant, then include packing, destination postcode and required arrival date. Production and shipping transit time are confirmed separately.

Before requesting a quote: send your artwork plus a specification list. Two designs at 50 pieces each means 100 pieces in total; state the split clearly.
